Refund Policy
At Rap Rewind, all our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand service. This means every item is custom-produced specifically for you after your purchase. As a result, returns and exchanges are not supported for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide: clear photo showing the issue. order number and contact information.
There is no need to return the damaged item.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds or reprints for orders placed with incorrect sizing or color choices. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or non-collection, you may request: reprint with an additional charge, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items, a deviation of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered acceptable and is not classified as a defect.
