Alarming Accusation: Diddy Allegedly Urinated on Cassie, Says Witness
The highly anticipated sex trafficking trial of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs began with powerful testimony from the prosecution’s first witness, who described a disturbing pattern of exploitation, control, and abuse. The case — already drawing national attention — has taken a dramatic turn as 41-year-old Daniel Philip, a professional escort, shared shocking claims about his year-long involvement with Diddy and singer Cassie Ventura.
According to Philip, he first became involved with the couple in 2012. What started as a one-time paid encounter quickly turned into a recurring arrangement that lasted about a year. Philip testified that he was paid thousands of dollars per session, some of which would last up to 10 hours. The sessions allegedly involved him being intimate with Cassie while Diddy watched, gave instructions, and at times, filmed.
Philip's testimony included claims that these encounters were far from consensual or safe in many cases. One particularly disturbing moment came when he alleged that Cassie, at Diddy’s insistence, asked him to perform an act that left him deeply uncomfortable and shocked. Prosecutor Emily Johnson backed this testimony by stating that Cassie would testify about feeling like she was choking when Diddy instructed an escort to urinate in her mouth. These allegations form a key part of the prosecution's argument — that what occurred was not just sexual misconduct, but part of a larger pattern of coercion and abuse.
Throughout his testimony, Philip described feeling powerless and fearful. He claimed Diddy once took a photograph of his driver's license as a form of “insurance,” which left him feeling threatened. "My life was at risk," Philip said. "Combs was someone with unlimited power."
In another deeply troubling part of his account, Philip claimed Diddy gave him MDMA, a powerful stimulant, during one of their meetings. He said the drug left him physically sick and mentally disoriented, causing him to wander through Times Square and give away all of his money. He also said that after these encounters, especially the ones involving substances, he would often feel emotionally and physically drained.
Perhaps the most alarming part of the testimony involved claims of physical abuse. Philip stated that he once witnessed Diddy assaulting Cassie during an argument. He alleged that Diddy threw a bottle at her, pulled her by the hair, and dragged her into another room. Moments later, he said, he heard what sounded like slapping. When asked why he didn’t intervene, Philip responded:
“I was shocked. It came out of nowhere. I was terrified. I didn’t know what to do. In my mind … if I tried to do something, I might lose my life.”
Philip also opened up about the psychological toll the relationship took on him. He claimed that after witnessing violence and being put in increasingly disturbing situations, he began having trouble performing during encounters — and that he was not paid unless he could meet Diddy’s expectations.
Prosecutors are using Philip’s testimony to help establish a pattern of control, abuse of power, and manipulation, which they allege are central to the charges against Combs. The defense, on the other hand, has denied all accusations. Diddy has pleaded not guilty and maintains that the claims against him are false and motivated by money.
As the trial continues, more witnesses are expected to take the stand, and both sides will dig deeper into what could become one of the most high-profile legal battles in recent music history. The outcome could have far-reaching consequences not only for Sean Combs, but also for the broader conversation around power dynamics and abuse in the entertainment industry.
Stay tuned for updates as the trial progresses.
